Job Description:

Manpower CONSTRUCTION PARIS is seeking a Landscape Works Supervisor / Green Spaces (H/F) for its client, an environmental sector actor. Responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating a team of 2 to 4 people
2. Performing green space work, network maintenance, and RTE post activities
3. Overseeing activities and monitoring projects (planning, progress, etc.)
4. Conducting technical and financial studies of projects (cost estimation, budget monitoring, reporting)
5. Managing client relations (prospecting, quotes, etc.) and project sales
6. Ensuring safety instructions are followed and collaborating with the quality/security officer to improve safety measures

Requirements include:

• Minimum BAC +2 education
• Significant experience as a works supervisor or similar role
• Proficiency with IT tools and adaptability to various software
• Holder of a B license

Salary between 45K and 48K euros (including a 10% geographic bonus). Benefits include:
