Mission

Based at our R&D center in Compiègne within the Marketing team, your mission will include:

  1. Managing stock of prototypes, podiums, and communication supports.
  2. Managing an inventory database: updating entries, tracking inflows/outflows.
  3. Creating new references: qualifying models (size, weight, description), transport boxes, labels.
  4. Logistical preparation for events: sending/returning materials, coordinating with logistics teams and service providers.
  5. Verifying and validating loading operations with warehouse teams.
  6. Developing handling aids and stock management tools: assembly instructions, re-packaging guides, internal reporting processes for damages.
  7. Maintaining and updating references.
  8. Documenting damages or deterioration of crates and models, proposing repair plans, and coordinating repairs.
  9. Monitoring obsolescence of stored communication supports.
  10. Supporting deployment of operational tools for event activities.
  11. Analyzing cost vs. risk for transportation, considering regional duplication or localization of models based on historical data.
  12. Ensuring the availability and replacement of safety and first aid equipment in kits.
Profile
  • Final-year logistics student in Bachelor's (BAC+3) or Master's (BAC+4/5).
  • Fluent in English – necessary for internal and external interactions worldwide.
  • Organized, meticulous, curious about logistics activities linked to complex marketing/communication projects.
