As an Account Executive, you will work in a fast-paced team with diverse customers, receiving personalized training and career development opportunities.

APIs are transforming the world and business operations. As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will partner with companies to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies using our API Connectivity via the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will work directly with C-level executives and collaborate with an account team to achieve customer business objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Our MuleSoft Account Executives engage with existing customers and new prospects. They develop strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will identify opportunities through warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in developing and executing long-term account strategies aligned with customer objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer needs
  • Participate in account planning, ensuring strategic alignment with sales teams
  • Communicate MuleSoft and Salesforce value propositions to existing and new customers
  • Drive growth within assigned accounts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in full-cycle sales with a strong track record
  • Experience selling technical platforms preferred
  • Knowledge of integration and API markets
  • Experience managing large key accounts
  • Ability to strategize with extended teams
