Job Description:

As an HR Manager Apprentice, you will support the Director of Human Resources and contribute to organizational success by participating in projects, managing HR administration, and assisting with recruitment and employee engagement activities.

  • HR Projects: Contribute to projects related to talent development, performance management, and policy creation.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Support salary data analysis and benefits administration to ensure fair and competitive practices.
  • HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR systems, organize documentation, and support payroll data validation.
  • Recruitment Support: Draft job ads, screen applications, schedule interviews, and participate in candidate assessment and communication.

Requirements include excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, solid organizational and multitasking skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). English is the working language, and only candidates with proficient level will be considered.
