Integration Project Manager – Post Acquisition Integrations
Remote with weekly / bi-weekly travel within France
Permanent | Up to €45,000 + €5000 bonus and benefits
As part of rapid international expansion in France, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage Integration Projects, onboarding newly acquired businesses into the group.
Responsibilities include updating and sharing group policies with newly acquired businesses, ensuring understanding and compliance, documenting existing business processes and systems, organizing and tracking training sessions, and creating training materials, communications, and project notices as needed.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management (preferably in integrations, transformation, or business change projects).
Formal project management certification (Prince2, PMP, APM, or equivalent).
Demonstrates a demeanor that quickly establishes trust and reassures the acquired business leadership team of a smooth process.
Willing to travel regularly within France to meet with the leadership of the acquired businesses.
Strong understanding of risk management and change control.
Fluent in French and English; knowledge of German or other European languages is beneficial and may lead to greater global mobility.
Driving licence required.
