MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and coordinate the team of Technological Experts within the Group, including remote management across the Group's scope, resource allocation, team animation, and skills development.
2. Responsible for the portfolio of upstream projects (POC) related to Technological Performance within the Group in collaboration with R&D (Inno Techno).
3. Act as the Guardian of Processes, Products, Packaging, and Conditioning for the Group, ensuring compliance with TGMP and CGMP across various plants while providing strong technological support for the Group.
4. Responsible for the Skill and Expertise Development of the Group's Technologists.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in Production and R&D.
2. Business orientation.
3. Leadership and management skills, including developing engagement and talents.
4. Change management capabilities.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for internal/external networks and teamwork.
6. Ability to manage people remotely over a broad scope (hierarchical and transversal).
7. Ability to develop and grow the team with a transversality and customer orientation.
8. Cross-cultural and cross-functional/transversal management skills.
9. Effective communication skills.
10. Strong technological legitimacy in Process, Product, and Packaging.
11. Experience in managing senior professionals.
