As part of the Product team, you will create and maintain documentation for our carbon and ESG platform that helps companies meet disclosure requirements and sustainability goals. Your responsibilities include:
- Deep understanding of the Sweep app and staying updated on product developments
- Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Developing engaging technical content for various channels
- Maintaining and improving articles, courses, and in-product guidance
- Working independently in a structured authoring environment
- Overseeing translation accuracy and consistency
- Staying informed on industry trends and company activities
- Native or bilingual English speaker; fluent in French
- Proven SaaS B2B technical writer experience
- Excellent communication skills in both languages
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with software development tools and API documentation
- Experience with structured authoring tools
- Knowledge of climate change and climate action is a plus
- Attention to detail and independence
