Operations Manager | Remote | Web3 Infrastructure

We are looking for an Operations Manager to design and maintain the systems that keep our internal engine running smoothly. This high-impact role involves collaboration with engineering, legal, product, and finance teams, ideal for someone who values structure, accountability, and operational clarity.

You will work directly with leadership to plan, coordinate, and monitor key initiatives, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and synchronized execution. If you enjoy solving coordination challenges, building efficient workflows, and creating order from chaos, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

• Build and maintain project plans, task trackers, and internal roadmaps across various functions
• Partner with senior leadership to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure accountability
• Design and optimize internal systems (e.g., Notion, Asana, Linear) for coordination, workflow automation, and risk management
• Serve as the main liaison to external legal and financial partners across jurisdictions
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations
• Prepare the company for growth by documenting processes and ensuring operational readiness
• Create lightweight frameworks for risk mitigation and cross-functional communication

What You Bring:

• 4 to 8+ years in startup operations, strategy, project or program management, or management consulting
• Experience at a Big Four firm or top-tier consultancy is a strong advantage
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with startup finance, forecasting, or legal entity structuring
• Experience working with legal counsel, finance partners, and senior executives
• Exposure to token operations, international compliance, or Web3 organizational design
