Description du poste

As a Product Sales Specialist (PSS) for AppScan, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth for HCL Software. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will engage with clients across various levels—from Developers and Architects to IT Managers and CxOs—delivering high-impact presentations, technical demonstrations, and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales & Business Development
    • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline of high-value accounts to exceed revenue targets.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market intelligence.
    • Drive executive-level engagements and consultative selling approaches to create value-driven proposals.
    • Present, negotiate, and close complex deals while acting as a deal coach or executive sponsor.
  2. Customer Engagement & Solutioning
    • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and hands-on workshops to showcase the value of AppScan.
    • Understand customer requirements and design tailored solutions leveraging the HCL Software portfolio.
    • Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to customers.
    • Work closely with internal sales teams, technical specialists, and HCL partners to drive adoption of AppScan solutions.
    • Develop and enhance technical sales competencies within the partner ecosystem.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and superior customer experience.
  3. What You’ll Bring
    • 5+ years of experience in sales/pre-sales within the enterprise software industry.
    • Proven track record in selling Security Software solutions (AppSec preferred).
    • Strong executive-level selling and consultative sales skills.
    • Exceptional presentation abilities for C-level and value-based engagements.
    • Ability to understand and articulate solutions within the HCL Software portfolio.
    • Experience using sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, BANT, or similar frameworks.
    • Strong knowledge of competitive technologies (e.g., Veracode, Checkmarx, Opentext, Qualys).
    • Fluency in the local language and English (mandatory for local customer engagements).
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
