If you are passionate about generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales process, we are looking for you! DiXiO is hiring a Sales Specialist.

In this role, you will work closely with a Business Development (BD) executive to drive deal generation and support the closing phase of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and create new business opportunities while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
  • Monitor and assess market changes, competition, and client needs to effectively target opportunities.
  • Assist the BD team in preparing proposals, contracts, and negotiation strategies, while actively participating in the follow-up phase to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Coordinate with DiXiO teams to manage submissions, approvals, and payments.

Qualifications :

  • Ambitious, curious, innovative, and a team player.
  • Fluent in English & other language(s) [Swedish / Dutch / German / Italian / Danish / Czech / French]
  • Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably in sales or business development of SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot to manage sales processes and customer relationships.
