Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. Define your rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and perform photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process to us (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search and selection, contractualization, and rent collection). Manage ongoing rental activities (viewings, keys & inventory, deposit restitution, client support). Oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-ups, boiler contracts, insurance). LODGIS supports you daily in your activity and portfolio development, assisting in property sourcing and management, providing tools to become an expert in furnished rental management. If you have prior experience in rental management, especially in an agency or hospitality, or have started your own rental business, this role is suitable for you. Create and manage your activity with the support of LODGIS's digital expertise. We simplify property sourcing and handle back-office tasks so you can focus on growth, service, and client relations.
