Description du poste

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide debugging guidance for regional products, organize technical training, and handle maintenance and upgrades (including inverters, data collectors, and management systems).
  2. Conduct product technology and solution work related to photovoltaic inverters; draft and review technical agreements, provide project technical information, and prepare technical bids.
  3. Gather and analyze medium- and long-term customer needs for products; contribute to product planning and development; participate in the review of photovoltaic inverter product development and iterations.
  4. Manage market engagement, collect and analyze intelligence on photovoltaic inverter products, and provide technical support to customers, addressing their questions.
  5. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Post Requirements:

  1. At least three years of experience in digital energy solutions or technical support; product development experience is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in English for work purposes; native-level proficiency in the local language; multilingual skills are a plus.
  3. Excellent interpersonal, understanding, and communication skills; proactive in responding to customer feedback and meeting their needs promptly.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment.
