Job Responsibilities:

1. Read daily events to acknowledge VIP arrivals.
2. Know all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods; relay information to guests politely and concisely if asked.
3. Serve and clear food and beverage items professionally and unobtrusively.
4. Ascertain guest satisfaction and handle any issues, informing a manager of problems and resolutions.
5. Follow cash and credit card procedures as per the accounting guidelines.
6. Keep work stations stocked with appropriate condiments at all times.
7. Report guest comments regarding food and beverage to the manager.
8. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies.
9. Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, outlets, and hotel features.
10. Keep service and storage areas safe and clean.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1-year experience in food and beverage service.
2. Good communication and customer service skills; problem resolution skills.
3. Basic F&B product knowledge.
4. Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
