At Polar Analytics, Finance will serve as the strategic backbone of our growth, ensuring financial stability while powering data-driven decisions across the organization. We are seeking our first Finance Manager to build scalable processes, drive financial planning, and partner with leadership for our next growth phase.

Scope of Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate, timely monthly closes and comprehensive reports (P&L, cash, KPIs)
- Own the closing process for accurate financial views
- Improve cost control and financial hygiene through policies and scalable processes
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, supporting revenue forecasting and pipeline analysis
- Handle finance and admin operations such as vendor payments, legal coordination, and equity administration
This Job is Made for You If:
- You have startup or scale-up finance experience with strong accounting and reporting skills
- You are data-driven, with Excel/Sheets modeling skills and understanding of SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, Gross Margin, NRR)
- You are action-oriented, collaborative, and hands-on
- You communicate complex financial info clearly and maintain discretion
