Le Casino de Berck sur Mer, a subsidiary of Groupe Partouche, a leader in its market of casinos.

Our business is entertainment. Besides our gaming room open 7 days a week, our establishment also includes a quality restaurant.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (H/F).

Main Responsibilities of the Position

Reporting to management, your main tasks will be:

1. Supervise operations, control, intervention, and technical investigation on gaming installations.
2. Control compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures.
3. Control adherence to safety instructions.
4. Ensure quality customer relations and animate the gaming room.
5. Participate in commercial operations and promote the loyalty program.
6. Manage the teams present in the gaming room and lead the teams.
7. Supervise administrative documents.
8. Follow interventions by external service providers.
9. Handle LCB-FT procedures.
10. Detect risky behaviors and participate in the prevention of gambling abuse risks.
11. Manage customer follow-up.
12. Handle conflicts.

Profile

Master the operation and management of Slot Machines.

Master various table games.

Proficient in computer tools.

Know gaming regulations.

You already have experience as a Member of the Management Committee.

Excellent presentation, characterized by your dynamism, interpersonal skills, and sense of commitment. Passionate about your profession, perfectionist, with a strong sense of customer relations and management.

Beyond technical skills, we place particular importance on candidates' interpersonal skills.

Position Details

CDD full-time until 13/04/2025.

Hours: establishment open 7 days a week, from 8h to 4h30 with rotating schedules, morning/afternoon/night. Two consecutive days off weekly.

Remuneration: from €2,930 gross/month depending on profile and experience.

Benefits: night hours pay increase from the first hour, 50% employer-covered health insurance, meal allowance of €4.22 per meal, agreement on compensatory leave and work time arrangement.

This position is subject to a ministerial approval.
