What you will be doing: Key responsibilities

As a Senior Data Scientist, your role includes:

• Leading and conducting ambitious data transformation projects for clients
• Contributing to the development of the data science team’s competencies
• Leveraging expertise from other divisions (Activation, Creativity, Strategy) to provide comprehensive client services
• Developing strong relationships with clients, using your technical expertise to assist in transforming their marketing departments
• Participating in international projects; business travel is encouraged

Additional responsibilities include:

• Managing project resources to match challenges and skills
• Ensuring project delivery
• Communicating project successes internally
• Collaborating closely with consulting teams to understand and meet client needs
• Fostering team happiness, maintaining high standards, and providing feedback and mentorship

Qualifications: Education & experience required

• Master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, or related fields
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing data-driven solutions, preferably in consumer marketing or web industry
• Strong knowledge of data processing, modeling, algorithms, and architecture
• Experience leading technical projects in a business context
• Curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize for impact
