Tasks :

1. Supervise subcontractors directly, taking immediate corrective actions for discrepancies related to the HSE SITE PLAN, execution plans, operating procedures, phasing, quality procedures, and schedules; inform the site manager or superintendent.
2. Participate in drafting work permits and special permits.
3. Verify that companies are working with reviewed documents.
4. Ensure the consistency of the companies' work program with the Technip schedule and prerequisites.
5. Ensure that the companies' work permit applications align with scheduled activities.
6. Prepare orders for additional work.
7. Supervise and control equipment outputs (e.g., piping, cables, instrumentation) with the Equipment Manager.
8. Ensure companies carry out their work with appropriate work permits issued by the Site Operator.
9. Examine detailed schedules of the companies.
10. Participate in self-checks by companies and report non-compliance to the QA/QC manager.
11. Monitor the progress reported by the companies.
