Job Description:

ProductLife Group is looking for a dedicated Pharmacovigilance Specialist- Case Processing to join our hub. The role involves overseeing PV activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining accurate safety data.

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Serve as the key trainer for junior team members to improve quality and expand knowledge in PV case processing.
  3. Review cases and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Provide expertise and act as SME for the team, ensuring understanding of tasks.
  5. Manage larger client projects and serve as the main contact for the client.
  6. Monitor client KPIs.
  7. Support in resolving NC/CAPA, identify RCA, and implement improvements.
  8. Perform Quality Control/Medical Review and support the team to ensure regulatory compliance.
  9. Participate in audits and inspections as required.
  10. Ensure understanding of client needs and exceed expectations.
  11. Organize team meetings as needed.
Education and Experience:
  • Pharmacy graduate with minimum 5-10 years experience in service provision, preferably in pharmacovigilance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with PV databases (e.g., Argus, ArisG).
  • Experience working to deadlines.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Understanding of GVP and regulatory standards.
  • Strong organizational and team management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
  • Fluent in English and French (oral and written).
  • Methodical, communicative, and adaptable.
