This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a guaranteed minimum day rate of €355 for referral work, with higher rates available for larger projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Source clients and refer them through our network.
• Our team will handle all client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant on client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create and manage an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
• Earn a share of our daily billing, starting with a minimum of €355 per referral work.

Requirements for consideration:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and a good telephone manner.
