In this role within Global Technologies, the Tech department of the EDENRED group, you will report to the Tech Delivery Manager of our group Finance platform based on Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, WE, CM, PO) and participate in its management in an international environment.

This platform, present in over 26 countries with an ambitious deployment schedule, is crucial for Edenred. It supports all finance processes, enabling consolidated group reporting and plays a key role in Edenred's core business operations. Ensuring its stability and high-quality delivery is paramount.

Your tasks in the Production Support & Evolution domains will include:

1. Managing the delivery of teams from our external partners in Romania and Mexico.
2. Ensuring proper adherence to delivery procedures.
3. Monitoring KPIs to maintain efficiency and quality, taking corrective actions as needed.
4. Evolving procedures and KPIs as necessary.
5. Prioritizing developments between domains if required.
6. Overseeing major production incidents during and after resolution.
7. Ensuring service continuity through backups, on-call duties, and skills recovery.
8. Providing technical support and expertise to the team.
9. Coordinating with functional teams on schedules, risks, and priorities.
10. Managing team members, with team size potentially evolving.

In terms of quality management, your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring understanding and adherence to internal development standards.
2. Maintaining deliverables such as technical specifications, test sheets, and software configurations.
3. Supporting the team in standards comprehension and proposing quality improvements.

You will also manage occasional projects, including:

1. Assessing technical workloads.
2. Estimating development efforts and drafting specifications.
3. Organizing and monitoring technical tasks from design to post-Go Live support.
4. Ensuring the reliability of technical solutions.
5. Managing external development teams.
6. Providing advisory support, conducting tests, and supporting acceptance phases.
7. Reporting to project managers and business analysts on deployment status.

This role involves interaction with functional and technical teams at corporate and country levels.

Profile :

The ideal candidate is a technical consultant with:

• Proven Oracle E-Business Suite experience (minimum 10-12 years), especially in R12.
• Expertise in development tools like Forms, Reports, Unix, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow, OAFramework, Web services, AME, and Interfaces (File, REST API).
• A strong commitment to quality and procedural adherence.
• Initial management experience.
• Familiarity with the technical environment of the application, including data models and standard operations of finance modules.
• Experience with Oracle best practices.
• Ability to write technical documents and procedures, create schedules, and monitor workloads.

You are dynamic, autonomous, rigorous, proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, and possess good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is essential, and occasional travel abroad may be required.
