NTU International A/S - Team Leader for EU Digital China Project

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU-funded project titled: European Perspectives on Digital China (EPDC). We are seeking experts to support the core team during this project. The main goal of this assignment is to enhance the resilience of the EU's bilateral relations with China in the field of digital policies and technologies.

Project Details

• Location: Brussels, Belgium
• Duration: Starting October 2025, for 36 months

Key Expert: Team Leader

• Qualifications: University degree at Master’s level or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Public Policies, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, China Studies, Law, Engineering, Science and Technology, Business Administration). In absence of a Master’s, a Bachelor’s degree plus five years of additional relevant experience is required.
• Language: High proficiency in English (CEFR-level C1 or higher), demonstrated by certification or relevant experience.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years total, with at least 5 years in sectors relevant to the assignment such as digital policies, AI, semiconductors, 5G, data economy, cloud computing, surveillance technology, smart cities, cybersecurity legislation, telecommunications, e-commerce, or mobile payments. Must have completed at least two research assignments in digital policies or related strategic studies in the past 5 years, totaling at least 1 year. Experience as a team leader in at least one assignment over the last 5 years is required.
