Your main responsibility will be to support the CEO Office of the Meliore Foundation, working closely with the Chief of Staff.

How you'll contribute
- Support the CEO Portfolio
- Coordinate the CEO’s work portfolio, develop systems, and implement processes to manage priorities and workload, including action point tracking
- Assist the CEO and Chief of Staff with research, content creation, and stakeholder outreach, including preparing briefing materials
- Engage with staff and partners to track priorities and incorporate them into the CEO’s strategic plan
- Manage the CEO Office’s emails, prioritize and draft responses as needed
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and logistics, including scheduling across time zones
- Communication and Coordination
- Facilitate information flow within the organization, structure knowledge sharing, and coordinate actions
- Collaborate with the Governance team on board requests
- Support engagement with other programs
- Funder Engagement
- Assist with strategic partner engagement and planning, working with the Philanthropic Partnerships Team
- Handle logistics and administration of funder interactions
- Program and Internal Communications
- Support program management and internal communications efforts
- Administration
- Manage the CEO’s administrative tasks, including international travel, expenses, and budgets
- Provide support for projects, working groups, and events
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Proven experience in a similar role, with strong skills in meeting coordination and stakeholder management
- Excellent planning, project management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently under pressure, with proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable tasks
- Attention to detail, reliability, and proficiency with tools like Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- High-quality writing skills and discretion with sensitive information
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, global, remote work environment
