Qualifications

  • Plus de 10 ans d'expérience en ventes B2B SaaS ou leadership commercial.
  • Expérience avérée dans la construction et l'échelle des marchés régionaux.
  • Parleur natif ou fluent en français, avec une maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais.

The opportunity

As Regional Director France-Belgium, you will lead one of PriceHubble's most strategic regions. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will oversee and grow a cross-functional team across Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success, taking full ownership of regional growth and performance.

This leadership role requires a strategic, data-driven commercial leader who thrives on impact and aims to shape the future of PropTech in France and Belgium. You'll join a fast-growing, international scale-up with a strong brand and innovative products, playing a key role in expanding our regional presence and client value.

The impact you will have

Commercial Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and implement the regional go-to-market strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Own revenue and growth targets for France-Belgium, ensuring ambitious commercial goals are met
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing regional team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence
  • Advise the CSO and Executive Team on regional priorities, risks, and market dynamics
Sales Execution & Business Development
  • Drive key deals and partnerships, leveraging your network and industry expertise
  • Expand the regional client base through strategic hunting and farming activities
  • Identify new verticals, channels, or segments with high potential and tailor approaches for each
  • Represent PriceHubble at industry events, client forums, and high-level meetings
Customer Success & Retention
  • Develop key account plans, renewal strategies, and upsell initiatives
  • Ensure strategic customers derive measurable value and remain long-term partners
  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to incorporate customer feedback into roadmaps
Data & Operational Excellence
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and provide visibility into forecasts and performance metrics
  • Work with Finance and RevOps to derive insights that inform commercial decisions

Requirements

Your Experience & Skills
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business leadership, preferably in FinTech, PropTech, or enterprise software
  • Proven success in building and scaling regional markets with complex enterprise deals
  • Strong leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
  • Robust professional network in banking, insurance, real estate, or related sectors in France and/or Belgium
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills, confident at C-level
  • Data-driven mindset with strategic and tactical execution skills
  • High autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for scaling impactful businesses
  • Native or fluent French speaker, with full professional fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related; MBA or equivalent is a plus
