- You perform administrative and operative tasks with regards to order entry, customer data administration supporting sales tasks from back office and (financial) administration.
- Processing and monitoring all customer and internal orders for the subsidiary from order entry to final delivery invoicing (credit and debit notes) and debt collection belong to your core activities.
- You execute and maintain special orders (like supply agreements and/or standing orders batch reservations) and special conditions in the systems (incl. discount management).
- As part of our customer service team, you are the first point of contact for all requests, enquiries, and complaints from our customers (via mailbox, phone, or other communication channels) and you ensure that all requests are followed up and channeled accordingly.
- Potential additional administrative and Sales/Marketing Support tasks as required by the subsidiary would also fall under your responsibility.
Qualifications:
- You have completed an apprenticeship or equivalent.
- You ideally have already some commercial customer service or order processing and shipment experience.
- Excellent business communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) and strong organizational skills are required for this role. Time management skills and problem-solving expertise belong to your strong points.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP ERP, and CRM.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
