Job Opening: Receptionist at Hotel Pointe Isabelle

We are seeking a dedicated receptionist for Hotel Pointe Isabelle, located in the heart of Chamonix. Our hotel features 72 rooms across various categories.

Start Date: June 16th, 2025
End Date: October 11th, 2025

The receptionist role is central to our success, requiring a passion for outdoor activities and sports, and an understanding of winter clients' needs. Our clientele is international, mirroring our diverse staff. Prior experience in an international environment is essential.

  1. Ensure smooth hotel operations during check-ins and check-outs.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to make guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout their stay.
  3. Work approximately 39 hours per week, totaling 169 hours per month.
  4. Receive comprehensive training before commencement.

Qualifications:

  • Motivated, detail-oriented, with a passion for customer service.
  • Team player, flexible, and able to work independently to find solutions.
  • Proficient in English and French, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience with hotel reception work; familiarity with MEWS and D-edge systems is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Chamonix valley and its activities is preferred but not required.
