Join a leading advertising sales house in Paris as part of the marketing team. Focus on Insights & Research Marketing, understanding client needs, and creating actionable insights. Collaborate with various departments and manage a small team to drive success in the media industry.

With offices in 10 European countries and in the US, we exclusively represent only the best video publishers such as RTL, M6, ITV, or Activision Blizzard. As part of RTL Group, we offer our clients the latest exclusive insights, advertising technology, and services to master the total video space and transition into digital and addressable TV.
We invite candidates who are inspired by the international and entrepreneurial spirit of our company to join us in shaping Europe's leading advertising sales house. You will be part of the marketing team (currently 10 members, including interns and working students) reporting to the Marketing Director in Paris.
The marketing team's mission is to understand client needs (CMO, Media Directors, planners, traders), provide sales with relevant materials (narratives, insights, data), and ensure these materials are understood (sales enablement). Collaboration with departments like sales, communication, supply, and product is essential.
Your responsibility will focus on 'Insights & Research Marketing' to position RTL AdAlliance as an insights-driven partner. This involves understanding data, creating actionable insights, and presenting them convincingly. Key responsibilities include managing annual studies and being a contact for media industry topics (e.g., attention, measurement).
You will work closely with marketing colleagues to ensure a customer-centric approach, understanding stakeholder needs across sales functions.
Additional responsibilities include gathering and delivering data insights for presales. You will manage a team comprising 1 Insights Manager (client studies) and 2 working students.
