Role Overview

As Education Partnerships & Marketing Manager, you will support the Managing Director in driving DEPI’s outreach strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with government schools, yayasan-operated schools, and education stakeholders across Indonesia.

You will manage your own sales pipeline, support lead generation, and contribute to DEPI’s marketing efforts to grow our partner portfolio. This includes developing Bahasa Indonesia campaigns, managing social media channels, and creating outreach materials tailored to school audiences.

You will also manage DEPI’s Sales Navigator account and lead generation tools, while supporting translation and localisation of marketing content and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Managing Director to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in government and yayasan school networks.
  2. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to grow DEPI’s presence at provincial, city-level, and national education offices.
  3. Manage your own sales pipeline for local schools and education offices.
  4. Engage senior education stakeholders to strengthen long-term institutional relationships.
  5. Manage DEPI’s Sales Navigator account to identify, track, and engage leads.
  6. Create targeted outreach communications in Bahasa Indonesia for DEPI’s partner solutions.

Marketing & Campaign Management

  1. Prepare and translate marketing materials, presentations, and sales content in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  2. Support translation of course content and marketing collaterals for DEPI’s partner products.
  3. Design visually engaging content for social media and EDM campaigns (experience with Canva strongly desirable).
  4. Coordinate roadshows, webinars, and marketing campaigns for outreach to Yayasan and government school audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement & Client Support

  1. Support new client onboarding and maintain strong post-sale relationships.
  2. Maintain accurate records of all leads, communications, and sales opportunities.
  3. Provide regular updates on lead development and conversion progress.

Market Research & Reporting

  1. Stay up to date with market trends, government priorities, and competitor activity.
  2. Report on lead generation activities, campaign effectiveness, and sales pipeline progress.
Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or marketing roles, ideally within the education sector.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

Proven network or experience engaging with government schools and yayasan-operated schools highly desirable.

Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).

Strong presentation skills — comfortable presenting to senior education stakeholders.

Proficiency with Canva and experience in social media content creation (graphic design skills desirable).

Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Willingness to travel within Indonesia as required.
