Une organisation sociale à Strasbourg cherche un Educateur / Educatrice de jeunes enfants pour soutenir les compétences parentales et animer des activités éducatives. Le candidat idéal a une expérience de 2 ans minimum et doit être diplomé dans le domaine. Ce poste en CDI à temps partiel offre un salaire autour de 1586 € bruts. Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir.

Qualifications

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Capacité à réaliser des diagnostics socio-éducatifs et à développer des projets.
• Sens des responsabilités et approche éthique au travail.

Responsabilités

• Accompagner les compétences parentales dans le cadre du projet associatif.
• Faciliter des ateliers et activités parent-enfant.
• Gérer un site collectif avec des horaires atypiques.

Position: Educateur / Educatrice de jeunes enfants (H/F)

Work Hours: 25 hours per week

Collective Agreement: Accords CHRS

Public: Women with children, admitted to collective establishment (internat) and dispersed housing

Main Missions:

1. Support and accompany parental skills within the framework of the associative project and the establishment’s project;
2. Provide comprehensive family support in partnership with the ES/AS/CESF referent;
3. Identify developmental indicators for prevention;
4. Facilitate workshops and dedicated parent-child activities;
5. Provide socio-educational expertise;
6. Develop educational and social partnerships;
7. Register families in the territory and conduct regular home visits;
8. Manage a collective site, including evening, weekend work, and on-call duties;
9. Participate in project development and prepare proposals for calls for projects;
10. Work within a multidisciplinary team.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Experience in a similar role and sector preferred;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Good observation, analysis, synthesis, and writing skills;
• Ability to conduct socio-educational diagnostics and develop personalized and collective projects;
• Sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Ethical and deontological approach to work;
• Knowledge of social and educational work frameworks, missions, and issues;
• Basic knowledge in social sciences (sociology, psychology, law);
• Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Internet).

Contract Details:

• Type: CDI (permanent contract)
• Part-time: 25 hours/week
• Work schedule: Daytime, rotating shifts

Salary:

• €1586 including SEGUR, with 2 years of seniority

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

Skills:

• State diploma of Educateur de Jeunes Enfants (EJE) is mandatory;
• Ability to support children in learning daily life skills and rules of collective living;
• Ability to organize and animate playful and developmental activities.
