Position: Educateur / Educatrice de jeunes enfants (H/F)
Work Hours: 25 hours per week
Collective Agreement: Accords CHRS
Public: Women with children, admitted to collective establishment (internat) and dispersed housing
Main Missions:
- Support and accompany parental skills within the framework of the associative project and the establishment’s project;
- Provide comprehensive family support in partnership with the ES/AS/CESF referent;
- Identify developmental indicators for prevention;
- Facilitate workshops and dedicated parent-child activities;
- Provide socio-educational expertise;
- Develop educational and social partnerships;
- Register families in the territory and conduct regular home visits;
- Manage a collective site, including evening, weekend work, and on-call duties;
- Participate in project development and prepare proposals for calls for projects;
- Work within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Experience in a similar role and sector preferred;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good observation, analysis, synthesis, and writing skills;
- Ability to conduct socio-educational diagnostics and develop personalized and collective projects;
- Sense of responsibility and initiative;
- Ethical and deontological approach to work;
- Knowledge of social and educational work frameworks, missions, and issues;
- Basic knowledge in social sciences (sociology, psychology, law);
- Basic proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Internet).
Contract Details:
- Type: CDI (permanent contract)
- Part-time: 25 hours/week
- Work schedule: Daytime, rotating shifts
Salary:
- €1586 including SEGUR, with 2 years of seniority

Punctual travel required
Desired Profile:
Experience:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- State diploma of Educateur de Jeunes Enfants (EJE) is mandatory;
- Ability to support children in learning daily life skills and rules of collective living;
- Ability to organize and animate playful and developmental activities.
