Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader

We are seeking an Editorial Manager / Chief Editor to join our Group Content Factory. In this role, you will develop and implement an editorial strategy targeting both internal and external audiences, supporting FORVIA’s ambition to become a leader in sustainable mobility technology.

This position is crucial for raising brand awareness, enhancing the employee experience, and attracting new talent.

You will work on meaningful challenges.

Your mission, roles, and responsibilities

  • Editorial Planning: Drive and coordinate FORVIA’s editorial planning for internal and external channels, including events, in collaboration with the Group Digital, Influence, Marketing & Events, and Communications Teams of the Business Groups.
  • Manage the weekly editorial committee and deliver an editorial calendar aligned with the Group’s strategy and priorities.
  • Ensure the sharing of relevant, consistent, and targeted stories across appropriate channels in a timely manner.
  • Propose new ideas, concepts, and formats to continuously engage audiences and strengthen FORVIA’s narrative impact.
  • Communication Plan for Industrial Operations: Develop and implement a communication plan to promote FORVIA’s industrial expertise and achievements, and to attract talent to industrial careers.
  • Corporate Communications Tools: Oversee the creation of the annual report, corporate presentation, and corporate video.
  • Management Communications: Develop and enrich the Messaging Platform (FORVIA’s intranet for managers), create communication kits for managers on key topics, and develop content for management events.
  • Heritage Project: Lead the Heritage project to preserve and promote the historic heritage of Faurecia and HELLA, now part of FORVIA.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance indicators and manage the budget.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in communications.
  • Proven experience in editorial strategy with strong storytelling skills in both French and English.
  • Creative, agile, curious about trends, and proactive in proposing new ideas.
  • Strong project management skills, entrepreneurial spirit, solution-oriented, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with graphic design programs and video editing.

Interpersonal and facilitation skills are essential. Experience in a multi-cultural industrial environment is preferred.
