Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in creative editing, preferably in sports or documentary.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Experience in multi-camera broadcast environments is advantageous.

From Paris to London: Join Our Video Editorial Team for FIFA 2026

Delivering content to global rights-holders and audiences worldwide.

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for sport? At HBS, the Editor plays a central role in the Non-Live Production team responsible for creative content in the build-up to and during the FIFA World Cup 2026.

This position requires a high level of creative autonomy and editorial judgement, contributing to the visual identity and storytelling approach of HBS's World Cup deliverables.

The Editor will work closely with (Senior) Producers & Junior Producers, to deliver high-impact content across multiple formats — from promos to short-form features and highlight clips — aligned with HBS's production standards.

Based in Paris, with relocation to London during the tournament, this role is key to the successful delivery of world-class content for global distribution.

What You'll Do:

• Edit a wide range of content including promos, features, highlights & short-form social clips, as well as signature storytelling pieces
• Contribute to the visual identity and editorial direction of our World Cup deliverables
• Deliver creatively engaging edits, designs and templates using Adobe Creative Cloud, including After Effects for motion design and visual treatments.
• Collaborate with producers and designers to ensure top-tier storytelling across platforms

What makes a successful candidate:

• 3+ years’ experience in creative editing (sports or documentary preferred)
• Strong storytelling instincts and visual creativity
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, especially Premiere Pro & After Effects
• Experience working on international sports events or in multi-camera broadcast environments is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of file-based workflows and remote collaboration tools is beneficial.
• Motivated, committed, and highly reliable under tight deadline
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
• English fluency; French is a plus
• Flexibility for evenings/weekends during event periods

Location: Paris (pre-tournament) London (during tournament – relocation provided)
