Deliveroo is seeking an Account Management Lead – Editions France to lead the France Editions commercial team, own the strategy, and drive profitability and occupancy across new kitchens. You will oversee Senior Account Managers, Account Managers and Sales Managers, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

You will manage the France Editions P&L, make financial decisions, and align with global teams to deliver timely launches and sustained performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in commercially focused roles.
• Experience managing medium-sized commercial or account management teams.
• Analytical with P&L ownership or strong financial decision-making.
• Strong project management skills with cross-functional delivery.
• Strategy and execution experience.
• Skilled in negotiations with business owners or C-suite.
• Able to influence across functions and geographies.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead Editions strategy and growth for France.
• Drive occupancy and commercial performance.
• Own P&L and governance.
• Coordinate kitchen launches and cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with Site Managers, Food Safety, Compliance, Site Construction and Kitchen Layout teams.
• Coordinate with Global team on kitchen implementation and with Marketing and Operations on launch packages.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution and cross-unit workshops.
• Propose process optimization to scale Editions.
• Senior stakehold er management.
• Lead and coach Account Managers and Sales Managers to improve performance.
