Job summary

Sysco International is seeking a Functional Support Analyst to drive the implementation and optimisation of EDI solutions for Sysco France customers and suppliers. This hybrid role requires three days per week in the Dieppe office, with flexibility and self-motivation.

You will act as the primary contact across the implementation lifecycle, coordinating across customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure on-schedule delivery and realisation of benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple implementations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce and knowledge of SAP ERP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact during the implementation lifecycle.
• Manage EDI onboarding projects across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate activities, track actions, and ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Escalate risks or issues when necessary.
