Sysco International is seeking a Functional Support Analyst to drive EDI onboarding and integration projects for Sysco France customers and suppliers. You will manage stakeholders, translate technical capabilities into business benefits, and oversee multiple implementations to deliver value and cost-efficiency.

This hybrid role requires strong project management, excellent communication, and professional proficiency in English, with 3 days per week in the Dieppe office.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI onboarding projects and data integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent project management with ability to handle multiple implementations.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Act as main contact through implementation lifecycle across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Coordinate activities, track actions, and escalate risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Translate technical EDI capabilities into business benefits for customers and Sysco France.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in EDI processes.
