Job Description:

Within the PME division, as part of the Midscale and Eco Brand Team, the Brand Assistant Manager supports global initiatives for Mercure, Handwritten Collection, and TRIBE.

This role is pivotal in supporting Brand Management and participating in elevating the guest experience through strategic and creative projects.

Reporting directly to the Brand Managers and Directors of Mercure, Handwritten Collection, and TRIBE, you will help shape the future of these unique and dynamic brands.

You will:

  1. Contribute to the conceptualization and implementation of strategic projects for the brands (e.g., Experiences, F&B, Design & Technology, Meetings & Events), creation of signature moments, and assist in communicating these projects internally and externally to ensure alignment across the organization.
  2. Maintain, update, and oversee global brand content, including experience materials, creative assets, and toolkits.
  3. Manage the creation and distribution of the brands' global newsletters.
  4. Coordinate and participate in meetings with key internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  5. Assist with projects related to Brand Compliance, Product Modernity, and Brand Performance.
  6. Support the implementation and on-property activation of brand partnerships and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Highly organized with structured project management skills.
  2. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  3. Previous experience in marketing or project management is highly valued.

Level of Studies: Master/MBA/BAC+4/+5

Areas of Studies: Marketing

Languages: English (B2/C1; TOEIC), French is a plus
