If you are looking for an itinerant job that makes sense and allows you to use your skills to serve others, then this role is for you. You will be the key contact for victims and/or their representatives in the eastern sector of Île-de-France and some neighboring departments of the Grand Est region.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing personalized support to victims:
  • Meet victims, their beneficiaries, and representatives; listen, explain, reassure
  • Coordinate all stakeholders involved in the case until negotiation of compensation offers
  • Identify and propose personalized support solutions in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (architects, ergotherapists, social workers, etc.)
  • Build and maintain trustful relationships with internal and external contacts

In an autonomous environment, supported by your managers and within a collaborative setting, you will handle personal injury compensation files in your geographic sector. You will represent the Group and implement the corporate policy on bodily injury claims, assistance, and recourse.

  1. Responsibilities include:
  • Gather necessary documents and information for case processing
  • Attend medical expertise sessions
  • Negotiate fair compensation for damages, settle indemnities, and exercise recourse
  • Stay informed on legal developments
  • Ensure proper technical expertise maintenance

Required experience:

  • Significant experience in handling bodily injury claims
