Qualifications

• Diplômé d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, idéalement en 2022-2024.
• Expérience professionnelle préalable en finance, marketing ou développement commercial.

WHAT IS EDENSTEP?

Edenstep is Edenred's Graduate Program. It offers international opportunities for fresh graduates in Digital, Business Development, Finance, Marketing and Strategy!

You are looking for challenge, international experience? Join this 24 months’ program where you will have the opportunity to get 2 experiences of 12 months in 2 of our 45 countries!

Steps of the program:

Induction: 1 week in our HQ in Paris to meet and greet with the top management of the group, understand our global strategy and meet your mentor!

Immersion:

• 12 months in 2 different countries in corporate or operational functions.

These periods of professional immersion are completed with regular interaction and individual follow-ups through mentoring, regular HR Group follow-up to accelerate your development within the Group during the program and beyond! You will also have a catch-up with an ExCom member and a mid-program seminar to gather all members of Edenstep’s seventh edition!

What kind of mission?

You will experience one job position per year (i.e. 2 job positions during the program) among the following fields:

• Product Owner
• Finance
• Marketing
• Project Management

As an example, you could be a Business Developer of a geographical region to manage the development of our solutions in several countries of the zone.

You could be a part of a local Finance Team to manage the integration of a major acquisition.

You could be the mobile payment project manager for the launch of a card solution, or you will be UX Marketing Analyst for a marketing division.

Which country could you work in?

• Germany (Frankfort area and Munich)
• Italy (Milano)
• Spain (Barcelona)

• We are looking for #passionate, #curious, #international, #talented candidates to join the Edenstep Journey!
• You are graduated from a top Business School, University or an Engineer School (graduation in 2022, 2023 or 2024).
• You have had a first professional experience (in internship, permanent or temporary contract) ideally in finance, marketing, business development, strategy.
• You speak English fluently and a second language (Spanish, Portuguese or Italian) is a real plus.
• This program is only accessible through a V.I.E contract. Please refer to the section what is V.I.E contract for more information.
