A leading company is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Techno Functional Consultant for a 6-month fully remote contract. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ABAP and French payroll configuration, along with strong communication skills. This role requires expertise in various SAP technologies and a solid understanding of payroll processes in France.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer.
• Expertise in French payroll configuration including cycles and schemas.

SAP HCM Payroll Techno / Functional Consultant

6 Month Fully Remote Contract

• Advanced experience in SAP ABAP France payroll programming, and in-depth Data Dictionary knowledge.
• Proficient in creating Schemas and PCR’s
• Expertise in XML as it relates to SAP products and landscapes.
• BADIs, Implicit & Explicit enhancements and other standard object modification techniques.
• Expertise in SapScript / Smartforms / Adobe Forms.
• Experience in Object oriented programming - Classes, methods.
• Expertise in Web Services.
• Expertise in XI/PI
• Experience in Security / Authorization Objects for sap objects, programs and users.
• Development support of Workflow and custom development to meet various business requirements.
• Expertise and knowledge of the various Portal technologies leveraged by the SAP product suite development needs.

Experience

• 10+ years relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer
• In-depth knowledge in DSN configuration and functionalities
• Expertise in French payroll configuration including cycles and schemas
• Must have Read and Speaking skills in French
• Expertise in development of dual stack environments.
• At least two complete SAP production implementations supporting development.
• Experience in supporting complex SAP environments in 24/7 operations.
• Experience troubleshooting third party products that interface with SAP and scape.
• Development experience with SAP 4.7 - Netweaver 7.2 BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM.
• Experience with AMS or other off-shore production support models.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Development experience in SAP’s HCM and Payroll (France Payroll specific expertise)
