ERM France is looking for a senior consultant (from 3 to 5 years of experience approximately) to cover its development on the Corporate Sustainability topics, mainly for CSRD, and considering the development of our relationship with ERM strategic digital partners for CSRD.

Missions :

• Enable delivery of CSRD projects to support our clients with double-materiality analysis, gap assessment and reporting,
• Develop own skills, expertise and commerciality to enhance ERMs consulting capability on CSRD and globally on Corporate Sustainability topics,
• Build internal network, cross discipline and service line, and make an active contribution to knowledge management and share learning,
• Act as buddy and mentor to Consultants on CSRD and digital,
• Strengthen ERM’s relationship with strategic digital partners to build capacity on solutions’ implementation and commercial pipeline development,
• Deliver high standard of work to meet and exceed internal client expectations, strengthening interaction with clients, participating actively in client engagement activity (proposal support, deliverable presentation),
• Support ERM to become a trusted client partner,
• Contribute innovative ideas, perspectives and knowledge to help evolve our services in support of our Purpose,
• Other missions in the position may include support with EU Deforestation, or with other ESG strategy topics in general.

Profile :

• You have completed higher education in major engineering schools, business schools, political sciences, or in a university.
• You have a first experience of at least 3 years in Corporate Sustainability (ESG Strategy, ESG reporting, Regulatory Compliance, etc.) and have had missions related to current regulations like CSRD or EU Deforestation Regulation,
• You have a strong appetite for climate and sustainability topics in general and wish to develop further your technical and commercial capacity on this topic,
• You enjoy teamwork,
• You are interested in digital solutions dedicated to ESG topics, and have experience with some market players,
• You can technically support consultants on Corporate Sustainability projects, and be client-facing for project delivery and initial business develop,
• You are fluent in English.
