Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Techno/Functional Consultant for a 6-month fully remote contract based in Paris. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SAP ABAP France payroll programming, data dictionary, and related SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and support SAP ABAP France payroll programming, including schemas and PCRs.
2. Design and implement XML solutions related to SAP products.
3. Modify standard SAP objects using BADIs, enhancements, and other techniques.
4. Create and manage SAPScript, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.
5. Apply object-oriented programming principles within SAP environments.
6. Develop and support Web Services, XI/PI integrations.
7. Manage security and authorization objects for SAP applications.
8. Support workflow development and customizations to meet business needs.
9. Leverage portal technologies within the SAP suite for development and support.

Required Experience

1. 10+ years of relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer.
2. Deep knowledge of DSN configuration and functionalities.
3. Expertise in French payroll configuration, including cycles and schemas.
4. Proficiency in French reading and speaking skills.
5. Experience with dual stack SAP environments and supporting multiple SAP production implementations.
6. Experience troubleshooting SAP interfaces with third-party products.
7. Development experience across SAP versions from 4.7 to NetWeaver 7.2, including BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM.
8. Experience with AMS or similar off-shore support models.
9. Strong communication skills in verbal and written forms.
