A leading company in DevOps solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer to enhance customer success in their DevSecOps journey. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps, a passion for technology, and the ability to work closely with customers and teams to drive success. This remote position requires residency in the Paris area and offers the opportunity to influence product development based on customer feedback.

We are looking for a Solutions Engineer with experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Software Development, or Architecture, who is passionate about technology and eager to help our customers deliver software faster, more securely, and with agility. As a Solutions Engineer at JFrog, you will work closely with customers and prospects, guiding them on building robust and secure DevOps processes. You will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to demonstrate the value of JFrog solutions from both a technical and business perspective.

As a Solutions Engineer at JFrog, you will...

• Engage with customers to ensure their success in their DevSecOps journey using JFrog products.
• Partner with the sales team to drive customer success, build technical wins, and develop champions.
• Educate our community and customers about DevSecOps and JFrog products.
• Represent JFrog at events and conferences.
• Influence the features and roadmap of JFrog products based on customer feedback.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends in the DevSecOps landscape.

To be a Solutions Engineer at JFrog, you need...

• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, Application Security, or Infrastructure Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as technical sales or solution engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI servers (Jenkins, TFS/VSTS), git (GitHub, Bitbucket, GitLab), Artifactory, and build tools (Maven, Gradle, npm, Docker, etc.).
• Experience building software pipelines with Docker, npm, Java, Pypi, etc., using various DevOps tools.
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure—AWS, Azure, or GCP is mandatory.
• Experience with software architecture design and product development is a plus.
