Job Description:

As the primary contact for our clients, your role is to analyze their needs and provide tailored solutions with high-quality support, leveraging our internal teams' expertise. You will also work to strengthen support for existing clients and enhance our service value to foster lasting relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt, tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients with recent contact gaps.
  5. Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and risks, detecting potential disputes early.

Requirements:

  1. Significant experience in a similar role within service or tech sectors, complemented by an agile, resourceful, and independent spirit.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic scale-up environment.
  4. Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides).
  5. Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

Location: Full remote or based in Paris 8th arrondissement.

Contract: Permanent.
