Mission

The Software & Microgrids Business Line markets Energy Pool's EMS (Energy Management System) platform to customers and partners worldwide.

Our EMS platform primarily targets the following customer segments:

• Microgrid developers and operators
• Renewable energy developers and IPPs (independent power producers)
• Prosumers (consumers with on-site production and/or storage)

Having acquired solid references in all customer segments in Europe and internationally, we are scaling our sales and project management capabilities by packaging our offers per market segment and developing a network of distributor/integrator partners. The market potential and growth ambitions are high, contributing significantly to the company's development plan.

We are recruiting an Energy Offer Manager (F/M) responsible for developing the EMS business in the Prosumers market segment worldwide.

Your role

• Responsible for your offer(s)'s global business strategy and roadmap
• Coordinate stakeholders from sales, marketing, delivery, operations, and product/engineering

Your missions

• Build Energy Pool's strategy for your market segments in collaboration with subsidiaries and other involved Business Lines
• Determine priority countries and adapt Offer Packaging accordingly
• Participate in discussions and decisions regarding your offers
• Monitor sales targets and identify areas for improvement
• Define product features and manage the marketing roadmap in coordination with the Product/Engineering team
• Analyze market potential, trends, competitors, and position Energy Pool accordingly
• Determine pricing strategies collaboratively with the Sales Director
• Support Sales and Presales with documentation, demos, proposals, etc.
• Train staff and update on offers regularly
• Collaborate with Project Management and Delivery to ensure proper staffing for increasing projects
• Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners; establish a partner certification process
• Manage internal processes and stakeholder communication
• Set up annual action plans and report progress

Profile

• Business school or equivalent, BSc/BA in Marketing or Master's in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years in Marketing and Sales of complex solutions, preferably in Energy
• Experience in Offer Management or Product Marketing
• Fluency in English and French required; a third language is a plus
• Knowledge of the Energy sector
• Strategic Marketing and Business Development experience; familiarity with Product Marketing tools
