Job Description

Eiffage Construction integrates complementary trades such as urban development, real estate promotion, construction, maintenance, and service works. The company has a strong presence in France through its 9 regional divisions, as well as in Belgium, Luxembourg, Portugal, Switzerland, and Poland.

Candidate Profile

You develop a particular interest in environmental issues related to construction sites and building methods. You are appreciated for your organization, rigor, writing skills, and adaptability. You have knowledge of the circular economy. You demonstrate autonomy, have a taste for innovation, and enjoy teamwork. You are proficient with digital environments.

Educational background: Bac +5 or Bac +2/3 with several years of experience (minimum 5 years). You possess the essential training for your activity. You have obtained at least one of the PEMD certifications [CSTB / Seddre / Recovering or FEDEREC / LABOCERT]. Ideally, you have experience in an architecture firm, a consulting office, or in the field of property diagnostics.

Additional advantage: certification in Asbestos and/or Lead with Mention before demolition and before work, and/or soil pollution.
