Job Description:

The CSR & General Secretariat Division is looking for an HSE/Environment Manager. Reporting to the QHSE Manager for France, your mission is to assess risks, define contact for ICPE regulations, energy management, and waste management. You will define the QHSE management program aligned with the company’s policies and monitor and manage QHSE indicators and dashboards.

• Implementation of QHSE Policy
• Lead the implementation of QHSE action plans and suggest continuous improvements
• Monitor and analyze QHSE indicators for your scope
• Participate in internal QHSE audits
• Ensure regulatory watch and compliance on HSE matters; follow up on QHSE improvement actions
• Support and manage emergency situations
• Lead the integrated management system certification processes (ISO)
• Manage ICPE regulation compliance, waste management, and energy management

QHSE Promotion, Communication & Team Support

• Create communication, training, and awareness materials

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in QHSE
• Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office
