Position Purpose:

The Lead - Human Resources (Employee Relations) is responsible for fostering positive employee relationships, ensuring legal compliance, and managing HR tasks to support organizational success. This includes developing HR policies, resolving workplace conflicts, and guiding employees and managers.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Handle daily employee relations issues supporting team members and operational objectives.
  2. Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR matters, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  3. Address employee concerns, manage conflicts, and ensure fair treatment.
  4. Develop, review, and implement HR policies in compliance with laws and regulations.
  5. Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and recommend proactive measures.
  6. Coach and support supervisors to meet client deliverables and adhere to Everise standards.
  7. Represent Everise in DOLE or NLRC complaints/cases.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
