What you'll be doing

• Work closely with product teams, review requirements, develop test strategies, and prepare detailed and well-structured test plans/test cases.
• Perform functional, system, and regression testing, and submit comprehensive defect reports.
• Work with the Dev Team to perform load testing and performance testing.
• Maintain and improve Test, CI/CD, and Staging Testing infrastructures.
• Continuously review and improve Test Processes and Test Best Practices in the Blockchain realm.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience working as a QA Engineer
• Passion for blockchains and DeFi
• Experience with test frameworks, including Selenium, WebDriver, Jenkins
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and other Agile methodologies
• Experience with load-testing tools
• Excellent analytical skills to work with developers for troubleshooting and peer review
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese due to communication and documentation requirements
