Job Title: Site Security Specialist

Location: Remote, flexible within Europe

Job Description:

As a Site Security Specialist, you will ensure the effective implementation of the Global Site Security Program, helping to mitigate risks and protect people, assets, and operations. Your responsibilities include:

1. Driving cross-functional collaboration with Regional & Country Security Managers, Site Leads, Site Security Officers, Procurement, Facilities, M&A teams, and more.
2. Contributing to the development and rollout of training programs for Security Professionals and key site functions.
3. Applying excellent project management and execution skills.
4. Utilizing strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
5. Communicating effectively in English, both in writing and verbally.
6. Engaging at all organizational levels, from site teams to senior leadership.

This is initially a 2-year contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.
