Job Title: Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

About the Role

A fast-growing global precision medicine company is seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer to lead its next stage of commercial growth. This is a pivotal executive leadership role with full responsibility for revenue generation, international expansion, and strategic commercial partnerships.

You will join a mission-driven leadership team at the forefront of healthcare innovation, where your contributions will directly shape company strategy, drive customer adoption, and influence product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Lead all global commercial efforts, including new client acquisition, expansion into new geographic territories, and deepening activity within the existing customer base.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Build and manage a high-performing commercial team of professionals across sales, marketing, and business development. Implement scalable processes, tools, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the CEO, executive team, and board to define and execute global commercial and marketing strategies. Drive direct sales, indirect sales via distributors, and strategic alliances.

Product & Market Alignment

  • Act as the voice of the customer. Work closely with product leadership to shape the roadmap based on market feedback, customer satisfaction metrics, and competitive insights.

Brand & Industry Engagement

  • Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven leadership experience in healthcare software, particularly in sectors like diagnostics, AI in healthcare, or clinical data platforms.
  • Demonstrated success driving international sales growth and managing global commercial teams.
  • Strong understanding of selling to health systems, diagnostics labs, biopharma, or research institutions.
