Description du poste

For our warehouse in Loon-Plage, we are currently looking for a :

QHSE Manager

The QHSE manager is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the quality system within our storage warehouse and is responsible for health, safety, and environmental management. This role includes analyzing processes, implementing corrective actions, and working closely with operational teams to ensure compliance with automotive sector quality standards.

Main Missions:
  1. Ensure product and process compliance with ISO standards and specific automotive sector requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain quality management systems (QMS).
  3. Carry out internal and external audits (quality and safety).
  4. Analyze causes of non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with technical and operational teams to implement continuous improvement solutions.
  6. Participate in innovation projects and optimize storage processes for batteries and automotive parts.
  7. Supervise product traceability and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
  8. Monitor regulations to ensure the company's compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws.
  9. Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks linked to the company's activities and propose corrective actions to mitigate them.
  10. Implementation of HSE policies
  11. Train and raise awareness among employees on good practices in health, safety, and environment.
  12. Manage waste and assess environmental impact.
  13. Manage preventive actions related to HSE.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications / Experiences:

  • Engineering degree in quality, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive sector.
  • Proficiency with IT tools and communication techniques.

Soft Skills:

  • Good customer relationship skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
