Based in FRANCE. We have a fantastic new opportunity for a creative and energetic Operations Manager to help us grow and develop our portfolio of typical English pubs and restaurants.. In your role you will support 10 Pubs across the country including the following cities: Bordeaux, Toulouse, Lyon, La Rochelle, Paris, Lille, Reims, Strasbourg, and Montpellier.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will need to be people orientated and have a passion for truly motivating, inspiring, and leading your teams. With particular focus on driving revenue, guest satisfaction and service delivery, your overall accountability will be for driving the brand strategy in all elements of the business, setting us apart from the competition as both a preferred employer and destination to have a drink.

Through ongoing critiquing of financial KPI’s, you will be expected to take ownership for the profitability of all sites and with the support of our marketing team prompting actions to maximise sales growth wherever possible.

Virtual job fairs

This role will naturally suit an operator from a wet-led hospitality customer centric background. You will be required to be out in trade 4 days p/w.

The ideal candidate must:

-Have had exposure in overseeing multiple sites within hospitality or retail.

-Possess exceptional commercial acumen - constantly aware of competitors and how to take -advantage across multi revenue streams.

-Be able to demonstrate previous success in driving guest satisfaction through service standards delivery.

-Be able to display outstanding leadership skills, emphasising a hands-on managerial presence as required.

-Possess high attention to detail and exceptional organisational ability.

-Speak English and French fluently

-Have a creative and entrepreneurial flair and an appetite for success in driving a business forward.
